| Finally Iam a fry. I have used up all the yolk sac. I'm about 3-5 cm long. I now feed on microscopic organisms. The food is from our parents after they die. It is hard for me to survive because of the different predators like trouts and other big fish. We stay in the streams of B.C. for one year before we enter the rivers. If we are the weak ones we stay in schools. I get lots of food during spring so I will be ready for the trip to the river. |
