Constable Bates

Hi, my name is Constable Bates. I am the new School Liaison (police) Officer for Norquay Elementary. I am here to help out with educating the children on pertinent ‘safety issues’. I look forward to the school year, and all the friendly faces I will meet. Please be conscious of the ‘No Stopping’ zone out front, and remember to drive slowly! Let’s keep all the kids safe!
