Our buddy reading class is Ms Affleck's class. On Fridays we go downstairs to meet with them. The first day each of us was assigned a kindergarten partner. At first we only did buddy reading but after a while we started to do activities with them, especially art projects. At Hallowe'en we made paper mache pumpkins. In December we made angels. Once we brought our buddy class outside and taught them games like skipping, hopscotch, tag and foursquare. All of Division Five enjoys spending time with our buddies because we like teaching them and watching them learn. |
